Flounder/Hogchoker Under the Skyway Bridge Pier

I've tried fast-forwarding and rewinding the video for several minutes but can't find where the flounder ever moves enough for me to notice him. Can you give a timestamp of when the flounder is moving, please?

You can see him at 2:58. The flounder is to the top right of the pipe/stick at the bottom of the frame. He will work his way to the plant in the middle of the frame.

Not a flounder we call them hog chokers, lots of them are by catch of shrimping

Interesting, never heard of these before. So many types of flatfish I was not familiar with.
