Hi!! Do you have a chocolate cookie recipe?

I have watched almost all your videos. I am a baker but have started making cookies.. My question is how do you store iced cookies once they are iced.?.if you need to leave them out overnight for icing to harden, do the cookies at some stage not go soggie? Do they stay crisp for days after icing? If you are making 100's of biscuits how do you store them if you can't stack them on top of each other?.. I have not seen one video ever done on this subject?.. Or on packaging with reference to the same subject, or does this never happen?.. Please can you refer me to one of your videos if you have ever covered this subject.. Many thanks
