1. How many strokes per minute shall be practically achieved for safe working of the machine? 2. Using a stepless dimmer controller for the drive motor, what minimum RPM of the motor can be achieved? 3. Final outlet rectangular pipe sizes are not mentioned. 4. In place of the rectangular sifter body, can the Square shape be preferred? 5. By mistake if the operator keeps on increasing the speed, will the machine start moving/ walking? Any chance of overturning or toppling?

Our machine had around 40 strokes/min We haven't checked the minimum RPM of the motor after regulating. Yes. You can use Square sifter body. Machine has to be fixed to ground using bolts to avoid movement.

Hello Sir, Really thanks for your interest. Unfortunately we don't have the dimension details of the frame. We didn't made any design or layout as such before initiating this!! We just did this a simple DIY project for one of our friend during 1st Lockdown (2020). I've resumed to my work and am out of India now.

Sir, the detailed drawing of the disc is shown in the video itself. I think you skipped it! Disc dia=100, Thickness=4mm, hole dia=8mm, center to hole distance=35mm.

Don't have serrate exit to clear the un sieved material. Have to clear it from the top only!

Good. If you have got the disc, all you need to do is to measure the stroke length carefully and make a hole to the distance of stroke length from the center.
