I have a lot of trauma and shame because of who I am it caused hide myself my entire life and just recently I started living as the woman I have always been, definitely cried during this. I learned as a little girl that I am unlovable and worthless I have carried that with me my whole life and has been reinforced over and over, this helps so much thank you and I know the more I do it it will become engrained in me. Don't see myself as beautiful but broken and hideous I am sure this will help change that 💖💖💖💖
