Thank you for uploading this beautiful audio. I'm thankful for this audio because it helped me connect with God through my meditation; and in my meditation I heard God, and He said to me: "I am your friend" - this strengthened my faith at a time when my faith was faltering.

@@star3torresYes. This is absolutely true. All spiritual diving in is made in silence. Our absolute fundamental nature is silence. And emptiness. On the other hand zazen must be continuous..
