2022 and the journey still continues...
The concept of flow is one of the reasons why I still love training Parkour after all these years. As I get older, I become more fascinated with connecting movements as opposed to doing single power jumps. This notion has been a great inspiration in other areas of my movement practice.
I hope that this concept will inspire you as much as it has inspired me over the past ten years. And hopefully, this will create more freedom and joy in your own parkour journey.
