I had the same problem, I added a thin strip of COPPER film inside the Knife. This compressed the film made the cut nice. The machine is good, but since theres no training, its a bit difficult to learn all the parts. Hope this helps!

I know it's 8 years too late but it's a simple solution. Make the box where your product goes through wider and the roller bar that films goes over move it slightly higher. Problem solved in 10 seconds 👍

Did you find a solution? I have same problem. What can be the answer?

Yes. I found the issue specific to my machine. For this one, it has to do with the red rubber roller that you can see right at 0:48. Unfortunately, it is due to poor tolerances on the roller shaft's guide on the inner side. If you wiggle the red roller side to side with your hand, you can feel it move. To compensate for that wiggle, when you lift the lever to the up position to engage the roller, it needs to hold firmly at the full counter-clockwise stop point. The only way to prevent the film position from creeping is to hold that lever fully counter-clockwise. The way I do that is I have a zip tie looped around the black knob that is above and to the right of that lever. It is looped just large enough that I can hook the lever when it is in the upright "locked" position. The zip tie holds that lever fully counter-clockwise with no slack. That is the only way to avoid the film from creeping out of alignment on my machine.

Look like your drive roller is loose but that'd account for cutting/sealing in the wrong position. I run a different machine and different product to you so perhaps i don't comprehend what is happening. Seems like your fin seal isn't forming, have you cleaned the middle sealer? It's not uncommon for an operator to neglect this because it doesn't dirty as easy and it also requires a special tool to get into the deep area... Either way it does get dirty eventually and not seal well.

I think it needs to adjust the centering of the wrapper. The rubber roller is just normal.. Need to add shim on the jaw

@@NathanNoveno Yes, I agree. Watching this video again, the machine is working with film that's smaller than standard. Either the tracking isn't right or the machine needs some adjustments to the film hoisting rollers to correct the placement.
