Discover the biomass drying FlowDrya process:
1. Saturated biomass is loaded into the top-deck, pre-heating hopper which feeds biomass on-demand onto the PulseWave™ drying deck below.
2. On the PulseWave™ drying deck, biomass flows in a unique motion as it is mixed, agitated and levelled for a consistently uniform dry output.
3. A flux of warm drying quality air flows from the Heatex air control module, up through the ventilated moving drying bed and directly into the saturated biomass. Wood chip dryness is controllable via the easy-to-operate DryStation™ control console, allowing the user to suitably reduce moisture content for their biomass boiler.
4. Dry biomass output can be discharged onto conveyors or augers or into bunkers. Biomass chip is often conveyed into heaps for moisture equalisation of varying sized chip.
5. Dry biomass can finally be combusted in the client’s biomass boilers to produce renewable energy.
