this is 2mm right? I made one using 3mm btw I had a hard time doing the flipping /turning over step. But I think this method of doing the flower is much better compared to the other method Ive tried before.

Yes, these are 2mm or Miyuki 11/0 💗 It takes some practice but once you get it it’s all good! 🙌🏼🌸💗

wouldn't the nylon thread slip? at the closure, I mean. At the beginning there's the loop that will hold it, but at the end, there're just the 2 ends of the thread.

That depends of what closure you use. I used sterling silver or gold filled ones for the bracelets i wear or sell and they hold on very well 💗🤗🙌🏼

I get mine from amazon, and it’s just normal fishing line, size 0.32 mm 🤗
