Fan fold karne ki jagah aap needle and thread se running stitch se bhi same effet la sakte hai. Wo easy bhi hoga.

I know but fan fold se plates achi aati hai and thoda clean look ata hai....and moreover it's just about how u r comfortable in making....both ways works Do try both the ways.
