Personally, I always saw it as the agent instantly falling into depression after accidentally killing her, the soldat (I don't know which of the two yellow visor fellas is the soldat & engieneer, I'm not that versed in the MC lore so forgive me if I got their names mixed up) *instantly* regretting giving the agent the knife and wishing he didn't stab the flower, and the engieneer was grasping the reality of what just happened and was preparing himself to be the therapist for the first two. It's Madness Combat, the entire setting is Satan's nightmare, *ANY* light found in that darkness is 100% worth going after for at least sanity sake, and sadly that light was snuffed out before it got the chance to truly shine.

It is actually really adorable, how the Engineer and Soldat are the heroes for a change! The Engineer is smart enough to realize that the flower is not going to cut it as an adequate gift. So, with the help of the Soldat, he comes up with a solution, and , again, with the support of the Soldat, they don't give the agent a choice in the matter. The artwork at the end is nice, too. At least they stick with the Agent through the aftermath.
