They turned out lovely! No way would I cut 2 petals out the same size either without a template. A great idea for using up the paper pad scraps. Just the laugh I needed this morning... I can identify with having to feed the feral children 🤣 ... and according to Gertrude I'm an average hight! Happy days 😁😆

Hi, the secret is you have to start with the circle right on the left hand side,that’s the first thing you stick down, and then start doing the petals. Pamela

I joined in with this challenge and they are actually my absolute fave thing to make at the moment. I am always having.pin issues with my glue as well... I can't remember how you put it, but I am always accusing myself of having no logic as well 😄😄😄 xx

I love that Melina is coming up with things I wouldn't personally have chosen. It's too easy to keep making the same stuff that you're comfortable with. I did live them in the end😊🤗💜

I have the same problem with my petals. I sold all my thin scrapbook paper last year, unfortunately. So my scraps are very limited

Morning Lady :) even if I measure things within an inch of there life, they come out totally different, lol. Our clocks have changed? When did that happen?!😯 I missed that happening🤭😆 Loosing weight...now that IS difficult! Damn neigh impossible😶 That one with the orange petals, really reminded me of 1970's patchwork, lol. Have to agree on the book page flower being my favorite . Not sure how much I've shrunk, but was about the same hight as you ...age, weight and arthritis has put paid to that tho😒 Dickensian ...well, we were talking about the girls being starving little waifs ....ah, you are just getting into the spirit of the season!

Good evening Mrs😊 Have you really not put your clocks back?having said that I've forgotten a few times. All the electronic duff does it automatically so it's easier done these days . Ahh shrinkage😘 The waifs were fine, they'd eaten enough leftover Halloween sweets to sink a battleship. 😊💜

You make me laugh so much, you’re so true and relatable 😊😄 I made two of these today, it’s harder than it looks to get a good flower esp on the edge, but all looked really nice. I’m Gunna make one that’s whole in the middle. I did one on the side then with the bits I cut off I made a smaller one lower down on the opposite side, made a nice effect 👍🏻 🙂💕🦋

Okay…please can you explain the difference btwn the glues and why you used a diff one for one card?

Hi again Marcee, in this one I used Art Glitter glue for the paper petals as it's very good at not wrinkling the lightweight paper. Whereas the regular PVA glue was fine for the cardstock pieces as card is less likely to wrinkle when using wet glue. A good glue stick would have worked well too for the petals. ☺️🤗💜
