im rewatching this video for the 39438483 time and I just wanted to say the hand sounds with those rings on this are just UNMATCHED, this has to be one of the most tingly triggers ever, I love that it is a constant background noise while you talk, its amazing,, you should do more videos with those kinds of hand movements

i usually don’t watch these videos til the end if there’s not a lot of asmr triggers for me but for some reason this was really easy to connect with and follow along! i found myself actually responding out loud and it was really fun, i also really needed to hear what you said around 35:40, it really solidified and confirmed what i knew in my heart to be true but just needed to hear someone else say it. thank you so much ❤ you were made for this, you have no idea how much this helped me, this video found me!

The hardest thing to do in your life is to escape a prison of your own making. It's much easier to build walls and fences than it is to break them down. The biggest challenge in life is to change a set way of thinking and to break out and away from the familiar. Because cages can become quite comfortable and comfort always seems like the safest option. It does take effort and daring to see the ideal life beyond the familiar routine. True happiness and contentment doesn't come easy. It takes a lot of work to get to that place. But I imagine it would be worth it. Hopefully one day we'll all be able to look back and know that it was. ❤‍🔥 🌅 Thank you for the therapeutic video.

I don’t think I get manifestation. Isn’t that just wishful thinking, then believing you had control if you coincidentally get what you want? Personally, It’s important to be proactive with any list written. It’s good to have a positive outward view, but wishing doesn’t guarantee anything - dedication and work do.

visualization and believing helps with staying dedicated and work for it🌼 I don’t think that people who are detracted and work for what they want doesn’t believe they will make it and have positive thoughts and visualization about it. It goes hand in hand
