you know what would be so amazing??? an instrumental for this in a higher key---its so gorgeous and this is crazy good, and i think if you put out a higher key version with this precision it would do super well b/c there isn't a higher key instrumental out for this song at the moment : )

Can anyone give me a bit of context of what’s happening during this song and before it as well? I really want to put myself in Eurydices mindset as I sing this

Orpehous had left Eurydice behind in order to finish the song and bring the summer again. Eurydice was left cold, starving and essentially dying after being trapped in a harsh storm. Hades then found her and offered her a ticket to the underworld, where she would not be hungry or cold anymore. Eurydice took the ticket, not knowing what it truly meant but knowing she didnt have any other choice. Shes now enslaved with the other souls, doing hard labour. This is her song of regret and grief as she realises the mistake she has made. I hope this helps :)
