Spencer's mastery of getting the tilts in folkstyle I think has made him all the more lethal in freestyle. Good to see him "looking" healthy again. I say "looking" because in all reality all of the wrestlers are likely banged up a little bit at this point of the year.

I don't think he is that gud, the only thing that he has better than most of them is his crazy ass strength, gut wrenches are all about your strength, all about squeezing your opponents ribs. That's what he is gud at, you see how he literally just threw his right underhook over Nico and pulled his left arm , that's crazy, I am saying this with experience I do freestyle. Here in India, and I know gut wrench needs strength, there is me who weighs around 67 kgs and I can't even get a single roll from gut wrench on opponents weighing 10 kgs less than me. And in the end sequence with nico, I think he could have won easily the positions were very common in freestyle, this just shows the lack of skill in him, I thikk if he just kept all his focus on strength, heavy hips and all, some techniqual master who had been doing freestyle all his life from Russia or Japan will break him easily at the olmpics...

But one more thing, I don't think Zaur is super strong and he and Zaur Uguev might reach finals, it would be fun to watch as Uguev is a technical guy but not really as strong as Spencer , even people like Ravi have scored on him, so ya excited to see their matchup

@@truefitness118 We'll have to see. A pin is always possible because just about anyone can "get caught" and stuck. I don't see him getting blown out points-wise if healthy but never know until they step on the mat. Hopefully he's healthy and has a recovery akin to that of David Taylor. I'd like to see Lee and Gilman push each other to new heights.

They are leg laces. In freestyle when you expose your opponents back that is 2 points but you have to be the one to initiate the turn, it means when you are in control and you expose your back your opponent doesn’t get 2 points
