Canelo was thought to have been more in his Prime than Floyd at the time. All you heard was how many fights the kid had in Mexico and how he was "the one". Floyd exposed the guy in that match and the excuses started flying. He just wasnt as good as he thought he was. Honestly, there's still nothing that special about Canelo other than the way he's marketed and the match making
