That's why after being KO'd by Marquez, he went back to fighting losers by fighting Rios who just lost to Alvarado. 5 - Stipulated in his last fight that Rios must submit to Olympic style testing that he refused to take himself for the last 4 years. Its clear that the man targets the weakest opponents possible, and then stipulates MANNYWEIGHTS, then tries to silence critics who say he never fights winners or champions by fighting men from 1 or 2 divisions below where he's actively competing, and when he loses, he makes sure that the next opponent is smaller, slower and is not on performance enhancing drugs so that he has all but a guarantee that he'll look dynamite. You call Floyd, a man who has the record for fighting the most world champions out of any man on the P4P list, a ducker and a cherry picker? But you call Manny Pacquiao, a man who has made a career out of handicapping his opponents and targeting them ONLY ONCE they have been beaten ... a warrior? That's some backward shit. In that world, numbers and facts don't mean a thing. In that scenario, fighting the best means nothing if you're Mayweather, but fighting guys who are ranked below 5th are legendary. Here's a question you won't be able to answer with any kind of logic or sensibility: If Floyd dodged the fight for 4 years with a fake blood test, then why didn't Manny Pacquiao simply take the tests and call his bluff back in 2009? Pacquiao refused to take those tests for 4 years. Want to know what makes matters even worse? Manny Pacquiao then stipulated that Brandon Rios take a test that he himself refused to take for 4 years. So I guess the fake blood tests aren't so fake .. and Pacquiao seems to have the same concerns that Mayweather had now that Team Pacquiao accused Juan Manuel Marquez of doping and got KTFO. At one point both Manny and Floyd said they didn't need each other. Looking at the situation now that's pretty ironic... Don't you think? I may sound like a disgruntled Mayweather fan, but I'm not. I was actually a fan of both. I liked mayweather when he had hair and Manny when he had that Miley Cirus haircut. However, the bias got unbearable after awhile. I mean a guy can avoid Olympic testing during the 08 Olympics for the most ridiculous reasons and not be called on it. Meanwhile, filing a lawsuit claiming he's been defamed, then DEMANDING Olympic Style testing himself. It was always obvious to me that Manny was piggybacking off of Floyd's name, fighting his leftovers and ducking blood test, but for Roach to accuse Marquez of using, because he bigger, faster and stronger that's just comical. Now here we are years later and Pacquaio and Mayweather are ranked in the exact same place on the pound for pound list as they were when it all started. WOW!
