I've dislike Mayweather through the years, but I'm finally realizing how good he is...he is what boxing is supposed to be. I'll root against him every chance I get, but the guy is one of the best ever...not the best but one of the best. I believe he's fought the best out there, and while De La Hoya, Mosley, and a couple of others weren't in their prime, he still made those fights happen. Guys, Mayweather struggles against pressure fighters. Mayweather "Retires" when margarito and paul williams and all them were going strong but after they go down hill, he comes back out of retirement and a few years later he comes against a guy that doesnt give him space to breath, and applies constant pressure. Now there are guys that CAN out box mayweather, there isnt many, but there are some. BUT mayweather really struggles against pressure fighters. That is why he has not yet come across pacman, even though its mayeathers biggest pay day ever! Because manny has said thats what his game plan would be. It would be to maintain constant pressure on mayweather. See it will be a great match because pacman struggles against AGRESSIVE counter punchers and mayweather struggles against pressure fighters. It's a little like how some fighters were forced to handle Tyson, because even though he was shorter and often smaller, his hooks were wrecking balls. Tyson goes straight forward, so bigger guys would sometimes hold him and move around a lot until he was tired. This holding and inside grappling, arm holding, and such came along later in boxing, I imagine, not something they did much in the old days. I can understand it a little bit, like not wanting a guy to rabbit punch you in the clinch, or lead with his forehead just to throw a hook, but some fighters just do it too much, e.g. MW Jr.
