Parrotee Bay,Treasure Beach in St.Elizabeth when you get there there’s fisherman that takes you to Floyd Pelican Bar which is only accessible by boat.Floyd’s number is also on the poster board in the beginning of the video,he can also arrange for someone to bring you over from the beach
