FLSUN V400 Review - Noise Levels

To better evaluate the noise levels of the FLSUN V400, I took this video which should help you understand how noisy it is, but it is not an accurate way of measuring noise levels.

How is the position accuracy, at 400mm per second?

Couple ways to do it I don't know all the ways but if you use Cura in specific you can click the "Extensions" tab at the top left of cura. Click "Post Processing" then "Modify G-Code". Once you do that it'll pop up with a menu and look for where it says "Add a script" and click "Create Thumbnail" from the list of options. Add 1 thumbnail and set the Width and Height to 300. and Create a 2nd Thumbnail and set it to 32 for the Width And Height. And next time you send a print over to your printer it should show up with a thumbnail.

I might sound stupide but I never had or used a 3D printer so I have a question ! What diameters (thickness) on the filament can this printer use ?

@Muffinconsumer4 Yea I got a regular Ender 3, and its quite noisy, just got into 3d printing recently, got told it was a good beginer printer, prints well but its a bit noisy

@@caganonick The ender 3 is a great printer, not even just as a beginner printer. Once you decide if you like it or not, for $30 you can get the silent mainboard to take away the stepper motor noise. Well worth it. I also swapped in noctua fans to reduce the fan noise, around $12-$15 per each plus buck converters to drop the voltage from 24V to 12V. Much nicer for keeping the printer in your room. Plenty of other upgrades to make it competitive with much more expensive printers

@@ylidk I'd have to look into that, but yea so far I like my Ender 3, But i'm not good with electronics and mainboard stuff, so idk if I can do that myself, prob have to look into some youtube videos, Im sure someone explains it somewhere, but thats a great idea, thanks! One of the only issues that I currently have is that my prints keep poping out of my build plate, using a ender glass bed, thinking of getting a magnetic bed instead, just waiting for some more spare cash to pop in before I do some upgrades on this :) but so far I like it!
