✅ Dependence on the quality of the flour, it can leave a little more or a little less. Add flour in parts, kneading the soft dough. Do not score it with flour.
✅ Dill you can use other greens to your taste if desired. The same is swinging and seasonings.
✅ In the place of butter can be used vegetable (to lubricate the layer of dough).
✅ Dried garlic can be used fresh by pushing it through the press or chopping it in another way. Garlic can be completely excluded.
✅ I did not show in the video how I lubricated the bread with an egg for a beautiful hat. I did not do this before baking, but 10 minutes before readiness, when a crust has already appeared on top. Do not lubricate bread before baking, because there is a lot of oil and greens on the surface of the dough, and the egg will drain.
