In this segment, we go over the steps to obtain the loss for a fluidic system. We also needed to apply the conservation of mass equation.

Conservation of energy can be derived from the first law of thermodynamics.
Student Learning Outcomes:
After completing this module, you should be able to:
1) Select an appropriate finite control volume to solve the conservation of energy equation. 2) Apply conservation of energy to the contents of a finite control volume to get essential answers
3) Explain how energy transfers in fluid flows are related to forces
4) Apply the Bernoulli's equation for a particular streamline
