A submerged ball when released does not “rocket out of the water”. It rockets up when in the water, but only to reach the surface.

​@@FluidMatters There's a lot of sibilance on the S-sounds. Lots of things can cause this, such as the microphone, placement of the microphone, the voice of the person, how the audio is processed (e.g. audio-compressors), the listener's speakers and of course the ears of the listener. Unfortunately it is one of those things that, once you notice them, you can't ignore them. One method to tame them is to run a de-esser on the audio track. This is an older video, so I checked a recent one and can say that it's still noticeable in recent videos.
