in the diagram at 21:00... you are considering the height of the tube to be negligible so the liquid dosent have any pressure of its own... if that is the case then the piston should not move even before the application of force f1 and f2... am i right? this means that we are applying force f2 only to balance the force f1 before that the fluid in pipe stays in equilibrium or we can say that we are applying the force f1 to balance the force due to presuure of liquid at a1 and similarly f2 to balance the force due to pressure at a2 ... then where is pascals law?

Before F1 is applied pressure at every point inside the tube is Patm but when force F1 is applied then across the tube inside pressure at every point of fluid increases by F1/A1 so to the left of right piston pressure will be Patm+F1/A1 (this is by Pascal's law of pressure distribution) then to keep the fluid in equilibrium force F2 is needed
