Great video and program Fitness Blender. Would love it if Kelli did a studio voiceover for one of her videos. Nice seeing a strong female presence leading a workout routine and she conducts her pieces very professionally. Thank you!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and am overweight (although I have lost some weight already), exercising on the floor is difficult for me. Please could you consider a range of exercises that can be done both standing and sitting? I am trying to build strength and improve flexibility, it seems that most exercise videos are geared towards the fully able but those of us with mild disabilities or extra weight are not considered and we often need it the most! :-) xx

This was perfect. It was just like the one stretching yoga routine you used to have up here and took down a month ago. That really threw me off my weekly routine. I'm ecstatic that this routine is similar to that one, perfect for my recovery days.

Nice routine, thanks. As a newcomer my only criticism is that I have to keep looking at the screen to see when you swap between poses or sides and this kind of disrupts the pose. Not when you show the new moves, I have to look then to see what they are, but when you just repeat them I don't want to get too far behind or ahead, so it would be good to hear "other side" or "cat... dog..." or whatever, so I don't keep having to move to look at the screen.

Thank you Kell and Daniel for the this fantastic yoga, flexibility and stretching routine. I do this one often since it is very effective at reducing the tightness in lower body especially glutes, hips, and hamstrings which in turn helps my lower back pain. What more could I ask for in a 15 minute routine. Love it!

This feels great. I have had a lot of stiffness and pain due to a thyroid problem. I am finally medicated and starting to feel better. This is also helping to ease my stiffness and pain... bridging the gap in a way. thanks! I'm looking forward to getting back to fitness.

Your video is awsome! I'm rather tall and have a tight back most of the time, so I appreciate the emphasis towards the lower back stretches!

thank you, i just started yoga at home watching videos this week, i injured my back in iraq and since 2005 i've been in a lot of pain. During this video i felt my back getting a great stretch! It cracked a dozen times and felt very good. Thank you so much, i think this was better than most of the stretches we have done in physical therapy.

i did a HIIT workout and this yoga workout. I feel like i didn't go as well as i wanted because i was too out of breath give it my 100% but i keep telling myself that i'll get better and stronger and more flexible with time just don't give up. This is just day one of my journey.

I'm studying right now for my NASM CPT and your workouts are seriously great resources, great examples of the basics, which are so necessary! Proper form, posture and execution of exercises! I am really learning a lot from you guys. I look forward to going through all your exercises and workout routines and thank you again for doing this! Hey can you guys do a back strengthening workout? I have a weak back and it gets tired easily when I do various workouts.

Ashley-Always strengthen & stretch the entire body, not just the back....... Then concentrate on; From YOGA-Cobra, bow, upward facing dog, spinal twists, lying down knees to chest ... From WEIGHT TRAINING- dead lifting, bent over dumbbell rowing, 1 arm dumbbell snatch.... Limit the entire workout to under an hour.......Wear warm clothing......Sweat prevents injuries.....Don't overstrain.....Work with light weights....

This one is perfect for those days when my muscles are really sore and i don't wanna push them too hard.. so i do this and recovery my whole body and then take my two rest days..

should i stretch and then warm or the vice versa?Should i do gymnastics and stretching after a warm up and cardio? do i do a cool down at the end? Since I have heard that never to stretch cold muscle

hey Daniel and Kelly wanted to ask your advice about exercising twice a day. So i exercise 6 times per week in the morning around 10-11 am for 30 mins doing t25. then at night i end the day with one of your many great workouts for roughly another 28-40 mins. is it healthy? am i hindering my weigh loss goals. PS i am 208 pounds i don't do a lot of moving around during the day because of my job. at the moment i am just worried about over training. i also know not to target same group in a day. any advice i would love to see a video on over training because i know a lot of people are thinking about it. Reason why i doing 2 workouts a day is that i think 30 mins burns roughly 400 calories for me and i just think you need to burn more any advice thanks in advance. long time supporter of videos. always incorporate your workout in whatever workout program i do even when doing t25.

Odean M As long as you schedule in regular rest days to allow muscles to recover and rebuild, there's nothing wrong with working out twice a day.

As I said before I sit on my butt during day. Rest days are on Sunday only then I do stretch t25

Odean M As I said before - schedule regular rest days: more like 1 in every 4 days at least - sitting on your butt between workouts doesn't count.
