The last time I felt completely at peace was during a quiet evening alone at home. I put on some of my favorite music-an old playlist full of nostalgic tunes from my teenage years. As the familiar melodies filled the room, I was transported back to simpler times when life felt less complicated. I sat by the window, watching the sunset paint the sky in hues of orange and pink, and I let myself be carried away by the music. Each song brought back vivid memories of moments that shaped me-driving with friends on endless summer nights, the thrill of a first love, and the comfort of family gatherings. Reflecting on those memories, I felt a profound sense of gratitude for the journey I've been on and the people who have been part of it. In that moment, surrounded by music and memories, everything felt right. I was at peace, knowing that despite life's ups and downs, these precious moments are forever etched in my heart, providing solace and serenity whenever I need it. Completely? Oh boy...too long to remember. It's always a certain percentage, up to 90-95%...but not 100%...not for a long time. But your playlists certainly help to keep that number high. Thanks. 🙏🏻🗿

Was it knowing that her Angels walked beside her, throughout all the challenges and experiences, Journaling and expressing her fears and pain, viewing her progress and being proud of herself, Putting her hands on her tender heart, and saying “I love you so much,” Thanking life for her breath, and appreciating herself, She was a shimmering spark of the Divine, She no longer judged, or negatively critiqued herself, She finally set upon the path of self healing and forgiveness, She could fall in love with her shadows, accepting them with understanding and compassion, Do we not have the choice and ability, to feel completely at peace in any moment?
