This song came out in 2011, I didn’t know really listen to it because I was little but I knew someone who did. My older sister who was in high school 2012-2016 at the time had listened to a lot of flume. I remember hearing bits of his music, creating memories I’d later reminisce over. She had a huge influence on my music, and I wish she knew how much I appreciate/acknowledge that. Now being in high school (2020-2024) whenever I listen to songs like this, not only do I feel like the coolest person in the world but I feel deeply aligned/parallel with her.
