A wonderful example of nicely formed fluorescent Calcite crystals which glow a delightful sweet pink color under long wave ultraviolet light along with rhombohedral Dolomite covered by micro Quartz crystals. Shiny golden Pyrite and black Sphalerite also present.
Specimens from this locality come from old miners and were found decades ago. Specimen comes from the historically mined but now closed and refilled upper levels of the Madem Lakkos deposit in Macedonia Greece.
Thank you for watching.
