I think the top tier pros arent cheating, it could very well be,that some did back in 2014/15 but not these days i think. Especially flushas playstyle changed a bit since 2015, there are way less moments which are fishy (an amount thats very ordinary).

i know that the video is old and flusha now is not what he used to be, but i think he never hacked. Proplayers hacking can be a secret for maybe a year, two? but with the time this kind of things are known, you just have to see Forsaken clips, that guy was clearly wallhacking and using 3rd programs, but flusha? i just see a very smart guy when i look at this clips, its sad see how people summarize his skill and game knowledge as "he is just hacking". Flusha, the most underated player of all history of csgo.
