We've recently purchased flush mount pro's for our new build, but they don't look like this. Has the model changed?

When installing the base on the subfloor, does the lip not create an issue for hardwood or engineered hardwood?

Great question - it shouldn't be an issue, but LVP is a little trickier to install with out Flushmount vent

I love the look of this product but I'm running into an issue with the "Fasten Body in Place" step. I have metals screws, and they're not going through the metal. Can you recommend a screw size/length or even a drill bit to get through the metal,.. been working at this for about 30 minutes, and I still don't have one screw in for this step.

Hey Amber, you will need self tapping screws to get through the metal into the ductwork. There should have been 4 included with your vent, but you can find them at any hardware store. We recommend at least 3/4" length

@@fittes. Thank you very much for your reply. There were no screws included in the package which made it hard to figure out how to finish the installation. However, even though it isn't fully installed it looks really good and I am very happy with the product.
