Nerd warning: The titanic actually has a little bit of a different story. So the Titanic, launched on May 31, 1911, and set sail on its maiden voyage from Southampton on April 10, 1912, with 2,240 passengers and crew on board. Around a quarter of its journey, it sank due to an iceberg. This wasnt a regular iceberg bc it was turned upside down, so a black iceberg. Since it was dark, no one was able to see it until the last moment. A nearby ship tried warning them with firework, but a guy accidentally forgot to bring red ones, so they only could use white ones. A few hours ago, the communist, the only person who could understand morse code, went to sleep and blocked off the line, so there was no way they could warn them from the iceberg. After the crucial damage the iceberg did on impact, there came a ship to rescue survivors, the rest died.

And the crew must answer the highlighted phone at the bridge, the crew will have to turn a telegraph astern. The telegraph is also randomly chosen and highlighted. And must steer the ship wheel to the left, and finally you atleast need 2 people in the boiler room, you will have to close all the dampers of a boiler. The boiler is randomly chosen and the dampers are highlighted. Note: closing all dampers beforehand does not work as it will automatically open all of it.

The sad thing for me about the Germanwings crash was, that there was a highschool class on board the plane. They came back from a trip and their parents were waiting at the airport. There is also a video from inside the plane where you can hear the pilot banging on the door and the people getting afraid. There are also stories of passengers trying to text or call their loved ones while the plane goes down. I still think and cry often about this incident. All this pain breaks my heart.

That statistic is so bad. I mean, sure, car accidents are more common than plane crashes, but only because of population ratio and how often you're in a car vs a plane. There's less planes at one time than there are cars driving. It's the same concept as death via drowning. Much more likely to happen if you're swimming more often than someone else

The Sewol ferry incident was so horrible and completely preventable if the people who owned the boat company hadn't been so negligent. There was also an American Marine ship stationed with about 1,000 Marines, trained for ocean rescue near where it sank, they offered help to the Korean government, because they were fully capable and ready, but they said they had it all under control. Ultimately, they did absolutely nothing, and then told the parents and families that all the passengers and students had been rescued, just for them to find out that their children had died. It was mainly civilians who recovered the bodies because the government refused to do anything useful. Rest in peace to all the people who died because of their governments incompetence.

(hydraulics are what controls everything on the plane, well almost anything now, but EVERYTHING back then) the even more crazy part is that they almost made it back to the airport with 55 miles to go BUT THE MOST CRAZY PART IS THAT THERE WERE US PEOPLE NEARBY THAT OFFERED TO HELP BUT THE JAPAN GOVERNMENT SAID NO SINCE THEY THOUGHT EVERYONE DIED. THEY DIDN'T SEND PEOPLE UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING AND IN TOTAL ALL OF THE PASSENGERS DIED EXCEPT FOR 4 WHO SURVIVED. there used to be 20-50 people who survived the crash, but due to their injuries and lack of help in time, they died.

The students died to the captain’s orders and the help was mostly being supplied by the parents because the actual help wasn’t doing anything. The boat was sinking for three days I believe😞 It was almost like they didn’t care about the kids and the passengers on board. Sad thing was that there were a lot of kids with phones and they messaged their parents before they died telling them they loved them or that they were sorry. Later, body recovery started and plenty of the students’s life jacket strings were tied together because they didn’t want to die alone. One girl was spotted by the navy ships but they didn’t do shit. One teacher and a coach gave up their life for their students. One finals day after this event passed, it was scary to see all the students who died, missing from their seats and the school mostly empty.

I believe the smaller airplane was intended to help support those affected by the earthquake. So it was literally a disaster after another on Jan 1 and Jan 2 this year

I’ve listened to the story of the guy who was trapped upside down while caving, i’m never going to my caving, with or without an expert. Especially when the cave is not mapped out, you never know what kind of situation you could end up in. Its a shame he was never able to get out, I hope that people take that as a lesson before caving inside of an unmapped cave. I’d hate for tragedies like that to happen again. I feel bad for Kobe and his daughter too, that was a completely avoidable situation if the pilot had just landed anyway even if it wasn’t that foggy at the time. I’m personally more afraid of boats than trains though, its the rocking and the sea sickness mostly, like at any moment the boat could just tip over and send you plunging into the ocean, I can swim but I’d prefer swimming in the shallow areas unless its a pool.

So for those who are curious, the Germanwings Flight 9525 co-pilot, Andreas Lubitz, had suicidal thoughts/tendencies, and by all accounts was unfit to continue flying, with even his doctor declaring that he was not well enough to continue his work. But as someone who hasn't looked into the case for a while, all I can say is that one thing led to another, Lubitz was allowed to fly with his captain and a passenger-filled flight. The captain left. Lubitz had full control. And he plummeted himself and everyone else onboard into their Alpine graves. Rest In Peace to the captain, Lubitz and all the men, women and children who were aboard Flight 9525. Gone but not forgotten

for the titanic the iceberg didnt crash into it they developed away so that when it scraped it it didnt sink but it was for only 4 of it but it scraped five sections causing the ship to sink

VVG couldn’t even be bothered to finish their Titanic model, whereas Titanic SOS is constantly upgrading and ensuring their Titanic is accurate and the sinking is accurate, and that it respects the real disaster as much as possible.

For Context the guy in the thumbnail was actually a guy that went caving with his dad, after bold descriptions he went to a cave with a cervis that is called the birth canal! He was supposed to go down and queeze into a big opening but he overshot into a small place called Ed’s push, he got stuck and started to panic, panicking expanded his chest and he got stuck, he was stuck there for hours and hours, the only way he contacted his soul mate was through a god damn walki talki😢. Hours after he lost consciousness and snapped in and out of reality and finally lord ended his suffering😢❤

I remember this one plane that ALMOST became one of the worst ones in history but thanks to the pilot he saved every single person on board with no injuries and the plane literally lost all of the control to the engines and the pilot even managed to use a piece of railing to slow the plane down so it didn’t hit two kids who where on bikes (the runway where they planned on doing a emergency landing on was turned into a drag race strip a year before but the people in the air traffic control tower didn’t have updated data on that so they didn’t know)
