I love that flustered awkwardness that never really leaves. Adds to her cuteness. Would love to hear her again, perhaps capturing us in another medium or in an entirely different setting.

The thumbnail totally clicks with the audio, like, her expression and body language as she’s sitting down drawing you on her sketch pad rolls 100% with what she’s saying in the audio. Looking at the thumbnail while listening makes me feel like I’m watching a Pixar movie- that’s how well they intertwine. You totally captured the moment. It’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for this beautiful thing you’ve made!
@Dustyy_Bunz422 жыл бұрын
Listening to this more, and I can really understand more and think about how honest it is when people see the imperfect sides of them, like I do it all the time when I look into the mirror trying to make myself look perfect, like I wasn't good enough but listening to this makes me really notice how being different is alright. I honestly haven't felt that way in such a long time, I can't explain how all that made me feel.... Thank you so much 👑❤️
@ExceedProduction2 жыл бұрын
At some point, those small imperfections would be noticed anyway. Appreciate those people that acknowledge your imperfections and adore them, instead of those who look past them... because sometimes, those people can't appreciate them at all. It's that which is flawed that is most beautiful.
@siphonicstorm71912 жыл бұрын
I'd feel honored if someone asked me this question. It's not everyday someone asks to draw you. Even if it's just for an assignment. Anyways, very well done. Keep up the good work.

I appreciate Catalina's words, especially with the imperfections part. I'm actually really glad that I never deleted some videos I've made in my life that I find cringe + triggers a memory that I thought I'd forgotten. It's also why I love re-watching them, chuckle a little, cringe, and learn. This was wonderful Catori, hope you have a great rest of your day!

Never related so hard to a video. So many memories came flooding back from my earlier years with some of my close friends a lot of my friends are artists, and everything from the zoning out, the advice’s, and then being draw. I was drawn by a friend during a bus ride while I was playing my guitar. I was extremely flattered. Thank you Catori for this very lovely, and sweet audio. Definitely made my day.😌

One of the things that was always difficult to get my friends in college to understand was how obsessed I was the details of my models and subjects, that I was always trying to get everything exact. Everyone was telling me that it wasn’t necessarily important if the details weren’t exact, but I kept telling them if they weren’t exactly right, then I’d be drawing a completely different person than who was actually modeling. This popped into my head while listening to this video. Great job Catori, and welcome to the family, Catalina.

By now, I'm almost 15 years out of college, and aware that nostalgia probably colors my memories, but I still think of college as some of the best years of my life, so I appreciate the chance to think back to those times, even if I usually listen to these more for the story they tell than to put myself in the listener's shoes. Also, "start off light, go in darker"...I feel like that's adaptable to many things.
