15:11 just pass initial state in CounterInitial. No need to add CounterEvent from initstate.

what should i do, if i have a lot of fields in my state, and on each emit changes only part of that values but i'm forced to wrap the whole widget with bloc builder, because everywhere on a screen there is values from the state displayed
