I noticed some code examples online where they used this const EdgeInsets.all() new EdgeInsets.all() EdgeInsets.al;l() I guess the 2nd and 3rd no difference as Dart 2.0 doesn't require new. But why the 1st one needs to have const for? Any help? Thanks.

For case wher u don't want the value to change. Use const
