Hello, i was wondering can we notify consumer without action. for example i have a timer app, when i click start the text changes, all good till now, i want another text that changes everytime the text (value of the timer) reaches a current point. for example i want to say "congratulations" everytime the timer reaches 1 hour... without any click how can i achieve that?
