Flutter - What Is The Difference Between The Child and Children Properties?

I received this request about 2 weeks ago, and here it is.
(Feel free to make other suggestions for tutorials for beginners.)
In this video I go over on a very simple concept: the Child and Children properties. When you're just starting out on Flutter, it's perfectly normal to confused this concept but you will see in this video that it's relatively simple to understand.
After you watch this Flutter video tutorial, you will know when to use a child or a children property EVERY TIME, no matter what.
I go over plenty of examples of chaining many widgets and at the end make it all clear with a simple map of the widget structure.

I'm new to dart.. but a little bit of programming/oo... however, with dart I find myself stumbling at every turn. Any suggestions on where to get a crash course on things like this: final Widget? child; or print(value?.toLowerCase()?.toUpperCase()); I've always seen the ? used as a tertiary operator, but see variants of the above and have no clue!

Question: is there any downside to using Android Studio for coding Flutter? I need to keep things system agnostic. Thanks for the great video!
