When I was a kid I used to fly around my neighborhood and my grandparents house in my dreams. Also one time I woke up to a bright glowing ball which froze me, I couldn’t scream or move. The ball went down through the floor after just hovering for about 10 minutes. This video brought all that back… some 40 years later….

Great work! I love your videos. I was wondering if you could do a meditation or hypnosis for releasing guilt and learning to forgive yourself. I’ve struggled with guilt my whole life and would welcome any help with letting it go….
