Hi, what is the "gadget" in your back pack? Is it a mic or camera?

Hope you don't release all your fish like that, threat the fish with some respect and make sure they survive.

Well my thinking is that there were quite a lot of thick reads close in, and if I put the fish in gently into the water by the reeds, it would become stuck in the reeds which is not ideal. So I kept the "out of water time" to a minimum and lobbed it gently into clear water. I've seen trout jump 1m out of water and land in the water like it's nothing so a 30-40cm gentle throw into water can't harm it. That's my thinking anyway.
