If you ever want to come fish the epic Lower Sacramento River with Eric, River Pursuit Fly Fishing has a wonderful wheelchair accessible boat. So if you are going to be in the Redding/Chico area, keep it in mind. The fishing is fabulous in the wild canyon section which is really pretty too. Jason Thatcher is an excellent guide and loves to work with folks that have accessibility issues.

This is my home river. I live 100 miles from Maupin, and the Deschutes is where my batteries get recharged. Going there during the Salmon fly hatch sucks because there's so many people. *SECRET TIP:* Go _AFTER_ the hatch. All the city folk fishermen have left the river, but the fish still remember what a Salmon fly looks like! And because there isn't any other Salmon flies? They aren't selective AT ALL! (don't tell anyone)

I'm a ok angler but I'm a great catcher. I throw alot of stuff but when the fishing gets hard I throw the same stuff over and over. Blue fox spinners and boy do they work for so many fish. Smallies, walleye, all kinds of trout
