6:00 at this stage you will have to turn the prop 180 degrees in a horizontal plane, kind sir. The reason for this is that the chairs might not be exactly level; I have not seen you using a spirit-level :-P Best, Rob ^^

Heating composites is never a good idea, it damages the epoxy and it does not take much. Better to use wax a grease remover to get decal off, peal off then wipe. Last thing to do after all works on prop is to balance it.

These props are made off pre-preg CF, in hollow molds that are baked off in an oven. Best, Rob ^^

@@robertzeeland pre preg is cured within a very specific temp range. Even patching pre preg requires a monitoring system so as not over heat or under heat the cure. I have been an aircraft engineer for over 20 years.
