I really like your no- nonsense delivery. Also - I’m encouraged by your ‘reverse’ hackle wrap technique - I’ve always done it this way and just thought I’d always been ‘wrong’. Thanks - subscribed 👍🇨🇦🇬🇧🇺🇸.

I really like your series of different fly patterns. However, it would be very helpful if you summarize and list the materials used in the description. Of all the Fly Tying channels, I think Fly Fish Food does the best job doing this. In addition, they provide a link to the materials from their online store. They also list alternative materials that can be used. It's very frustrating when I find a new pattern but can't get the materials. I'm not endorsing Fly Fish Food, but I usually go to their site first if when I need something I don't have.

TRIGER POINT FIBER'S ARE WHAT I USE FOR WINGS.Like your material it's fine ,a little sparkle, and it floats well.I prefer to cut the centre out underneath the eye .It to allows the fly to sit lower in the water. thanx for your version of the PMD.👍✌

I’ve been really struggling with traditional hackle on dry flies so I’m hoping that Neil’s technique here helps with that!? 🤞🏻 Thanks for sharing! 🎣

This is definitely a very easy way to tie with hackles, especially on smaller dry flies
