Flying & Camping - Sandown - Ashcroft Via Dunkeswell & Ben Atkinson @ Charlton Park?!?! In My C42

The final leg of the Cheshire Flyers Isle Of Wight trip. We departed Sandown on a beautiful morning and enjoyed some spectacular views around the island before picking up the coast at Bournemouth and heading to our first stop, Dunkeswell via Sandbanks. From Dunkeswell we headed to the very unique Charlton Park Airfield, which I would highly recommend visiting - it is simply spectacular! We then headed home and I managed a nice landing back at my home base, Ashcroft, to top off a great couple of days flying.

Noting wrong with a good crosswind landing. That looked an epic few days with, as you said, lots of hours in the seat. Nice wheelie landing at the end. Nice to see Ben, its a vloggers world.

Great video and a superb trip. 4K detail is really good and island coastline looked stunning. You don't need to worry about the floating when you have bags of runway left. Touch downs looked really good. Well done and thanks for putting it all together. (Did you visit Weybourne when you went to Cromer?)

Thank you! It really does look stunning - it is worth the extra time and memory in the edit I think. We didn't visit weybourne...I had a fuel cap issue (I forgot to put it on!!) and we ended up going to Little Snoring to collect a new one then back to Cromer. Weather was a bit pants to be honest too so we pushed on around the weather front up the coast to Skegness! Looking forward to your next episode!
