So cool that you get to work with these phenomenal athletes bro! When two players put red bands on their arms at 1:50, was that for blood flow restriction training?

Tuisova is so strong that he just does body building haha Bro doing calve raises. No need to deadlift and squat anymore for this unit.

Do you incorporate BFR training as a form of musculoskeletal fatigue managment?

do they priotise cardio over weight training? or evenly mixed? I would assume too much weights can make one sluggish and heavy. unless enough cardio is implemented to support the extensive weight training
@ChyeahWill Жыл бұрын
It would definitely be a mixture of both. Diet is also a big factor so I assume that they would be provided meal plans too.
@francois97479 ай бұрын
You need a mixture of both so that you're able to have a big gas tank while simultaneously able to take and give tackles. You can't train for rugby on cardio alone.

Already in the training program

These days Fijian players on the field need to lower their BMI for maximum physical performance potential, if they drop weight they'd also run faster without hurting joints and getting injured through their own movements.

They also need to do more burpees with their training it's the king exercise of all physical sports.
