Thanks a lot for these videos! I have been looking for the fingertip position reference for the F15C but couldn't find it anywhere. Perhaps you know it?

No unfortunately, I do not have an official reference for it. But from seeing real life photos and videos of them it looks like its about like this: Pilot's head is abeam the horizontal stabilizers, distance between jets is about where the tips of the wings would touch if the wingman pulled up alongside lead.
