Hello Paramvir bhai , Mai Australia mei rhta hu. Aus -NZ are sister counties . Almost sab cheese same h, laws wgrh . Yes Aus mei bhi same arrival card fill krna hota h, same bio security process h . Aur yha sab jldi bnd ho jta h, ye log mrng mei jldi shops open krte h aur evening mei close . Yes , weekends pr apko restaurants, bar , clubs 2-3 am tk open milnge but NZ thoda diffferent h. NZ mei aus jitni development nhi h except Auckland .wha aur Shanti h . Ye log overtime nhi krte h , pay itni achi hỏti h inki aur ye log India ki trh kaam nhi krte rhte . Fixed hours kaam kro aur rest of the time family ya apne liye Jio. And if app mera comment yha tk pdoge then jb bhi aus aao , mai Sydney mei rhta hu . Plz mujhse milna, apko mai sydney dikhnga

New Zealand has great work life balance. You don't spend your evening working for someone else. You spend time with the family after 5.00 p.m. At 5.00 p.m. tools will go down. Shops start closing from 4.30 p.m. On Thursdays and Fridays you have late opening. Remember whole of New Zealand has only 5 million population.
