En Chile hubo un modelo similar al Hamburgo volador, se le denominaban Flecha del sur, de la serie AM 101 y 106, su primer recorrido fue en el año 1940 de Temuco a Puerto Montt. Lamentablemente no sobrevivió ninguno de ellos.

Sorry but your wrong information. Thats not the flying Hamburg but type Hamburg made in 23 units if i remeber correct. 🤔 Type Hamburg began in 1936 and was multipel units travelling also other lines than Berlin to Hamburg. True it ran also Berlin - Hamburg but as product name was SVT by REICHBAHN. There was a flying Hamburg from 1933 and it was only one made "prototyp" and its a different train. Kato H0 makes ut i H0. The type name is SVT 877 a/b. It has lower front windows at the ends also no scharfenberg automatik coupler at the noses. Have a nice day. 🍻😁

@@DonRosa949 THE Flying Hamburg is SVT 877 prototyp build in 1933. Only One/ uno was 2 car unit build. Look att Google.👍🙂

It is known as the "Fliegender Hamburger", the prototype 877 is so to say name giver, going from Hamburg to Berlin, there was also the "Fliegender Stuttgarter" that went to Stuttgart - as the folk saying goes. @@reheatmax Do not forget the DRB from 1942. SVT was not marketing as fliegende zug in the the kurs book. It was Fd zug. Fliegende was in peoples mouth.
