Great video, even though your batteries where a problem the speed you flew your first flight was very scale super nice. If I remember correctly you have a Cortex pro in this plane. May I suggest you use the following settings and you will see a huge difference in the way it flies. Normal flight 35% gyro Gain. StickPriority. lock-in Aileron 12. 18. 8 Elevator. 14. 18. 8 Rudder. 15. 18. 8 Takeoff. 55% gain Landing 65% gain All the ail , elev & rudder settings stay the same in all 3 phases. Assign the gyro gain channel to the flap switch. So when. You have zero flap 35% , takeoff 55% and landing 65%. You will see huge diff. Hope you take my advice. Have great day.

It looks like it flies great and you were flying good as well. You should check the internal resistance of your batteries occasionally with a good meter or charger. The little $15 checkers aren't good enough..

Try using an asphalt airstrip ….. Cuz we need a smooth landing and take off. Those landings on grass making me unsatisfied😂😂 luv ur builds❤️❤️
@christianpaul36513 жыл бұрын
Great video, but your approaches for landing seem a bit steep to me. I also noticed that you often touch down quite late and then overrun the runway. Wouldn't it be better to start your approach from a bit farther away to have a lower descent rate and be able to touch down earlier? That way you should be able to use the entire runway and halt in time. Keep up the great work!
@sfsaviation3 жыл бұрын
Maybe the next time you retire one of these planes you could get a few sweet shots of it flying in a heavy thunderstorm with lots of wind. Then if it survives destroy it however you want like you did with the 737!

A suggestion, mix in some rudder with your ailerons to keep you from dragging the tail in turns. This would give you a more coordinated turn and look more scale in flight. Nice plane my man, very nice!
@franzstraumann23733 жыл бұрын
I‘m not sure this is working, it only would if you had to constantly apply ailerons, but that’s often not the case. So it should be done manually to achieve a coordinated turn.
@yagwaw3 жыл бұрын
@@franzstraumann2373 That’s actually not the case: you need the rudder to counteract the adverse jaw created by the ailerons. Once the desired bank is reached, both controls return to pretty much neutral. Differs from how you steer a car.
@franzstraumann23733 жыл бұрын
@@yagwaw I generally agree with your statement. Airlines generally have the tendency to drag the tail a bit in slow and tighter turns, e.g. after take-off. So if after entering the turn you can neutralize ailerons and even need a bit holding the bank angle, then you need to add a very little bit of rudder into the turn. You need to consult your ball instrument to see that your turn is "coordinated".

I can see that the aircraft is very stable in flight unlike the other most RC planes some kind of gyro technology in the aircraft?
@TimBrudow3 жыл бұрын
The airplane is amazing and the scale details absolutly outstanding👏🏻👏🏻 Ramy has a unique talent for building👌🏼 But the landings are a bit threatening… the dive down on short final increases the approach speed and the potential of a runway overrun.
