That Airhostess,,,,I met her 2 years ago when I was traveling to Jeddah from Colombo on Srilankan airlines,,,She served me a meal..and she's very nice Lady..

I flew them once and said never again in this life. We made an emergency landing because an engine didn't work. Well okay that all went right, I still can write about it. But the airhostesses were completely in panic an so half the plane was. In the end me and some othet passengers took over and calmed people. The airhostesses were crying and so on, fully incapable. Landing went right, we were escorted to the terminal and after an hour of not knowing what ..... they gave us a tin of warm coca cola and that was that. And that was also the end of me flying that company ever again. Sri Lanka is a besutiful country by the way, I loved it.

They used to fly all over Europe. Mixed feeling!!! They were extremely good when named Airlanka, and then came under motivated and very rude staff. I have sworn never to fly them again. They have been a corrupt organisation and many staff were just friends of..... and no feeling with the wonderful hospitality character the Island is renowed for. Not to mention air travelling at all. Your impression is nice, but my experiences in the past will never have me set foot on this airline again. Sorry to say.
