Oh god I use to do this all the time at my cousins house on the ps2. Play GTA vice city then fly that tank into the highest building on the map.

I did this on PS2 years ago, but with the definitive edition on PC, the turret will not stay stationary. It constantly follows the camera. I’ve looked over all of the controls and still can’t figure out how to make it stay pointed towards the back while I’m driving. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

It is claimed, that the tank has no altitude-maximum. The tank is the ONLY vehicle which can fly as high as you want! (I wouldn't dare to fly as deep like the maximum for helis and planes in GTA Vice City.)

I remember there was a glitch where a second helicopter appeared and it would follow you even when you died and respawned somewhere else. No matter where you went it was following and watching you from low altitude. As soon as you committed one crime the gunfire started lol. I remember once I tried my absolute best to get away from it that I used the tank to fly up like 4 or 5 miles in the sky where you could basically see the whole map looking down. But that helicopter was still following you no matter how high you went. I ditched the tank and it took over a minute of plummeting ti hit the ground. And the helicopter still chased me down and started to fire at me 😆. Btw this was an undefeatable glitched helicopter as not even an infinite amount of rocket launcher attacks took it down

You know the trick to flying the tank perfectly... You have to wait until it rolls the direction you want before pulling up. If you try to turn while it's rolled the other way, it will roll 90* and fall to the ground.

Did you know there's a building on the west side that has an open roof that you can fly down and end up underneath the map? totally useless but really cool lol. you can get back above by flying up through the water

i just did the same thing i was wondering if it was normal that my tank started flying, i did the hover cheat and the fast mode cheat used the explosives to go fast by turning it around and started flying lol fucking awesome
