As-salamo-aleikum from Pakistan. I thoroughly enjoyed the vlog. I hope you will visit the important areas around Skardu. What about a trip to one of World's highest plateaus "Deo Sai" but I am not sure how much time you have. Trip to Hunza valley would be great but that is closer to Gilgit. And of course there are glaciers, Atta abad lake, Passu cone and one of the world's highest border crossings at Pakistan-China border which is more than 4,700 metres above sea level. There is so much to see. Still, I am so happy for your mother. She must be feeling better and would be proud of her daughter. Best wishes for the channel. With warm regards

Have fun in Skardu. Would just add i think you missed a trick on the plane, if you were on the right side of the plane, you would have clear views of nanga parbat, 2nd highest mountain in Pakistan and almost at the eye level, also some lakes and mountain passes as well! Also the Lower Kachura lake that you guys saw from above before you went to Upper Kachura lake, there you can enter and explore the lake too, it will cost 1k ruppees per person, but is a nice calm place to relax
